The quilt patch titled
     Subject: memcg: convert mem_cgroup_swap_full() to take a folio
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     memcg-convert-mem_cgroup_swap_full-to-take-a-folio.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

All callers now have a folio, so convert the function to take a folio. 
Saves a couple of calls to compound_head().
