The quilt patch titled
     Subject: radix tree test suite: add lockdep_is_held to header
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     radix-tree-test-suite-add-lockdep_is_held-to-header.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

maple tree uses lockdep_is_held, so define it as external in the header.
