[merged mm-stable] mm-demotion-drop-memtier-from-memtype.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm/demotion: drop memtier from memtype
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-demotion-drop-memtier-from-memtype.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Now that we track node-specific memtier in pg_data_t, we can drop memtier
from memtype.
