[merged mm-stable] mm-memcg-export-workingset-refault-stats-for-cgroup-v1.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm: memcg: export workingset refault stats for cgroup v1
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-memcg-export-workingset-refault-stats-for-cgroup-v1.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Workingset refault stats are important and useful metrics to measure how
well reclaimer and swapping work and how healthy the services are, but
they are just available for cgroup v2.  There are still plenty users with
cgroup v1, export the stats for cgroup v1.
