The patch titled
     Subject: mm, hwpoison: check PageTable() explicitly in hwpoison_user_mappings()
has been added to the -mm mm-unstable branch.  Its filename is
     mm-hwpoison-check-pagetable-explicitly-in-hwpoison_user_mappings.patch

This patch will shortly appear at
     https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/25-new.git/tree/patches/mm-hwpoison-check-pagetable-explicitly-in-hwpoison_user_mappings.patch

This patch will later appear in the mm-unstable branch at

PageTable can't be handled by memory_failure(). Filter it out explicitly in
hwpoison_user_mappings(). This will also make code more consistent with the
relevant check in unpoison_memory().
