[merged mm-nonmm-stable] lib-smp_processor_id-fix-imbalanced-instrumentation_end-call.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: lib/smp_processor_id: fix imbalanced instrumentation_end() call
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     lib-smp_processor_id-fix-imbalanced-instrumentation_end-call.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-nonmm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Currently instrumentation_end() won't be called if printk_ratelimit()
returned false.
