The patch titled
     sunrpc/auth_gss: auth_domain refcount fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     auth_gss-unregister-gss_domain-when-unloading-module-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into auth_gss-unregister-gss_domain-when-unloading-module.patch
