[merged mm-stable] mm-swap-optimise-lru_add_drain_cpu.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm/swap: optimise lru_add_drain_cpu()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-swap-optimise-lru_add_drain_cpu.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Do the per-cpu dereferencing of the fbatches once which saves 14 bytes
of text and several percpu relocations.
