The patch titled
     Subject: filemap: minor cleanup for filemap_write_and_wait_range
has been added to the -mm mm-unstable branch.  Its filename is
     filemap-minor-cleanup-for-filemap_write_and_wait_range.patch

This patch will shortly appear at

This patch will later appear in the mm-unstable branch at
    git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Restructure the logic in filemap_write_and_wait_range to simplify the code
and make it more consistent with file_write_and_wait_range. No functional
change intended.
