The quilt patch titled
Subject: mm/swap: remove unneeded p != NULL check in __swap_duplicate
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-swap-remove-unneeded-p-=-null-check-in-__swap_duplicate.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Subject: mm/swap: remove unneeded p != NULL check in __swap_duplicate
If p is NULL, __swap_duplicate will already return -EINVAL. So if we
reach here, p must be non-NULL.
