From: "Matthew Wilcox (Oracle)" <willy@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>
Subject: mm/shmem: add shmem_alloc_folio()

Call vma_alloc_folio() directly instead of alloc_page_vma(). Add a
shmem_alloc_page() wrapper to avoid changing the callers.
