The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm: enable PTE markers by default
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-enable-pte-markers-by-default.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch\nof git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Enable PTE markers by default.  On x86_64 it means it'll auto-enable
PTE_MARKER_UFFD_WP as well.
