The quilt patch titled
     Subject: s390/pgtable: support __HAVE_ARCH_PTE_SWP_EXCLUSIVE
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     s390-pgtable-support-__have_arch_pte_swp_exclusive.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mm-stable
