[merged mm-stable] mm-mmap-drop-arch_vm_get_page_pgprot.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm/mmap: drop arch_vm_get_page_pgprot()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-mmap-drop-arch_vm_get_page_pgprot.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mm-stable

There are no platforms left which use arch_vm_get_page_prot(). Just drop
generic arch_vm_get_page_prot().
