- pata_serverworks-suspend-resume.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     pata_serverworks suspend/resume
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     pata_serverworks-suspend-resume.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The Serverworks chips need various fixups doing on a resume from RAM. 
Conveniently the needed functions were already split out ready for re-use
