+ ia64-replace-comments-with-c99-initializers.patch added to -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: ia64: Replace comments with C99 initializers
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     ia64-replace-comments-with-c99-initializers.patch

This patch should soon appear at
