[merged] mm-mremap-use-vma_lookup-instead-of-find_vma.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/mremap:: use vma_lookup() instead of find_vma()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-mremap-use-vma_lookup-instead-of-find_vma.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: mm/mremap:: use vma_lookup() instead of find_vma()

Using vma_lookup() verifies the address is contained in the found vma. 
This results in easier to read code.
