- dz-fixes-to-make-it-work-update.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     dz: Fixes to make it work (update)
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     dz-fixes-to-make-it-work-update.patch

This patch was dropped because it had testing failures
