Subject: mce_remove_device() clean up the kobject
From: "Rafael J. Wysocki" <rjw@xxxxxxx>

Make mce_remove_device() clean up the kobject in per_cpu(device_mce, cpu)
after it has been unregistered.

Mainly (and perhaps exclusively?) to avoid triggering a debug patch in Greg's
tree.
