+ nios2-mm-enable-arch_has_vm_get_page_prot.patch added to -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: nios2/mm: enable ARCH_HAS_VM_GET_PAGE_PROT
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     nios2-mm-enable-arch_has_vm_get_page_prot.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    https://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/nios2-mm-enable-arch_has_vm_get_page_prot.patch
and later at
    https://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/nios2-mm-enable-arch_has_vm_get_page_prot.patch

Subject: nios2/mm: enable ARCH_HAS_VM_GET_PAGE_PROT

This defines and exports a platform specific custom vm_get_page_prot() via
subscribing ARCH_HAS_VM_GET_PAGE_PROT.  Subsequently all __SXXX and __PXXX
macros can be dropped which are no longer needed.
