+ mm-ksm-use-helper-macro-__attr_rw.patch added to -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/ksm: use helper macro __ATTR_RW
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mm-ksm-use-helper-macro-__attr_rw.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    https://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mm-ksm-use-helper-macro-__attr_rw.patch
and later at
