- usb-visor-kill-urb-cleanup.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     usb: visor kill urb cleanup
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     usb-visor-kill-urb-cleanup.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
