The patch titled
Subject: mm: mark swap_lock and swap_active_head static
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-mark-swap_lock-and-swap_active_head-static.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

swap_lock and swap_active_head are only used in swapfile.c, so mark them
static.
