The patch titled
     Subject: frontswap: remove frontswap_tmem_exclusive_gets
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     frontswap-remove-frontswap_tmem_exclusive_gets.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
