The patch titled
     Subject: sysctl: use SYSCTL_ZERO to replace some static int zero uses
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     sysctl-use-sysctl_zero-to-replace-some-static-int-zero-uses.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Use the variable SYSCTL_ZERO to replace some static int boundary variables
with a value of 0 (minolduid, min_extfrag_threshold,
min_wakeup_granularity_ns).
