[merged] sysctl-remove-redundant-ret-assignment.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: sysctl: Remove redundant ret assignment
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     sysctl-remove-redundant-ret-assignment.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subsequent if judgments will assign new values to ret, so the statement
here should be deleted

The clang_analyzer complains as follows:
