[merged] device-dax-use-align-for-determining-pgoff.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: device-dax: use ALIGN() for determining pgoff
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     device-dax-use-align-for-determining-pgoff.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Rather than calculating @pgoff manually, switch to ALIGN() instead.
