The patch titled
     scsi/initio: section mismatches with HOTPLUG=n
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     scsi-initio-section-mismatches-with-hotplug=n.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
