The patch titled
     Subject: coda: convert from atomic_t to refcount_t on coda_vm_ops->refcnt
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     coda-convert-from-atomic_t-to-refcount_t-on-coda_vm_ops-refcnt.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

refcount_t type and corresponding API can protect refcounters from
accidental underflow and overflow and further use-after-free situations.
