[merged] lib-uninline-simple_strntoull-as-well.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: lib: uninline simple_strntoull() as well
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     lib-uninline-simple_strntoull-as-well.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
