The patch titled
     Subject: mm/page_alloc: use clamp() to simplify code
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-page_alloc-use-clamp-to-simplify-code.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
