The patch titled
     Subject: mm: mmap_lock: use DECLARE_EVENT_CLASS and DEFINE_EVENT_FN
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-mmap_lock-use-declare_event_class-and-define_event_fn.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

By using DECLARE_EVENT_CLASS and TRACE_EVENT_FN, we can save a lot of
space from duplicate code.
