[merged] documentation-llvm-update-irc-location.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: Documentation/llvm: update IRC location
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     documentation-llvm-update-irc-location.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

This should have been done with commit 91ed3ed0f798 ("MAINTAINERS: update
ClangBuiltLinux IRC chat") but I did not realize it was in two separate
spots.
