The patch titled
     Subject: shmem: remove unneeded function forward declaration
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     shmem-remove-unneeded-function-forward-declaration.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: shmem: remove unneeded function forward declaration

The forward declaration for shmem_should_replace_page() and
shmem_replace_page() is unnecessary.  Remove them.
