The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-compaction-support-triggering-of-proactive-compaction-by-user-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-compaction-support-triggering-of-proactive-compaction-by-user.patch
