The patch titled
     Subject: memcg-infrastructure-to-flush-memcg-stats-v5
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     memcg-infrastructure-to-flush-memcg-stats-v5.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into memcg-infrastructure-to-flush-memcg-stats.patch
