+ shmem-remove-unneeded-function-forward-declaration.patch added to -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: shmem: remove unneeded function forward declaration
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     shmem-remove-unneeded-function-forward-declaration.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    https://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/shmem-remove-unneeded-function-forward-declaration.patch
and later at
    https://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/shmem-remove-unneeded-function-forward-declaration.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:

Subject: shmem: remove unneeded function forward declaration

The forward declaration for shmem_should_replace_page() and
shmem_replace_page() is unnecessary.  Remove them.
