The patch titled
     swsusp-freeze-filesystems-during-suspend-rev-2 comments
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     swsusp-freeze-filesystems-during-suspend-rev-2-comments.patch

This patch was dropped because it is obsolete
