The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-mempolicy-unify-the-create-func-for-bind-interleave-prefer-many-policies.patch
This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged

As they all do the same thing: sanity check and save nodemask info, create
one mpol_new_nodemask() to reduce redundancy.
