The patch titled
     Subject: aacraid: remove an unused include
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     aacraid-remove-an-unused-include.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    https://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/aacraid-remove-an-unused-include.patch
and later at
    https://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/aacraid-remove-an-unused-include.patch

flush_kernel_dcache_page is not used by aacraid, and this header already
comes in through the scatterlist/block headers anyway.
