The patch titled
     make arch/i386/kernel/io_apic.c:irq_vector[] static
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     make-arch-i386-kernel-io_apiccirq_vector-static.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
