[merged] lib-memscan-fixlet.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: lib: memscan() fixlet
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     lib-memscan-fixlet.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Generic version doesn't trucate second argument to char.

Older brother memchr() does as do s390, sparc and i386 assembly versions.

Fortunately, no code passes c >= 256.
