[merged] mm-nommu-unexport-do_munmap.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/nommu: unexport do_munmap()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-nommu-unexport-do_munmap.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: mm/nommu: unexport do_munmap()

do_munmap() does not take the mmap_write_lock().  vm_munmap() should be
used instead.
