The patch titled
     Subject: arch, mm: remove stale mentions of DISCONIGMEM
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     arch-mm-remove-stale-mentions-of-disconigmem.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: arch, mm: remove stale mentions of DISCONIGMEM

There are several places that mention DISCONIGMEM in comments or have
stale code guarded by CONFIG_DISCONTIGMEM.

Remove the dead code and update the comments.
