The patch titled
     Subject: mm/page_alloc: improve memmap_pages dbg msg
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-page_alloc-improve-memmap_pages-dbg-msg.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
