has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-constify-get_pfnblock_flags_mask-and-get_pfnblock_migratetype.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The struct page is not modified by these routines, so it can be marked
const.
