[merged] mm-vmstat-inline-numa-event-counter-updates.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/vmstat: inline NUMA event counter updates
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-vmstat-inline-numa-event-counter-updates.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

__count_numa_event is small enough to be treated similarly to
__count_vm_event so inline it.
