[merged] mm-constify-page_count-and-page_ref_count.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm: constify page_count and page_ref_count
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-constify-page_count-and-page_ref_count.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: mm: constify page_count and page_ref_count

Now that compound_head() accepts a const struct page pointer, these two
functions can be marked as not modifying the page pointer they are passed.
