- afs-amend-the-afs-configuration-options.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     AFS: Amend the AFS configuration options
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     afs-amend-the-afs-configuration-options.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
