- fat-add-fat_getattr.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     fat: add fat_getattr()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fat-add-fat_getattr.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

This adds fat_getattr() for setting stat->blksize. (FAT uses the size
of cluster for proper I/O)
